St Louis Lifestyles is an expansion of the services offered by St Louis Nursing Home – a private non denominational organisation that has been providing aged care services to the community since 1946 under the same family ownership.
St Louis recognises that elderly people have the right to determine what their care needs are and should be supported and actively involved in all aspects of service provision. Care workers are chosen of the highest quality.
Privacy and Security
Your privacy and dignity are respected at all times. All our staff undergo a thorough Police Clearance and national criminal history record check and ongoing screening. No personal details are disclosed and clients feel reassured that their family and belongings are respected and that their privacy will not be violated.
Our Staff
All staff employed within our programs are based on qualifications, competency and character. When recruiting, our aim is to attract staff who have a commitment to the elderly and who value their role in society. We provide on- going education and training to all employees. You can expect prompt, courteous service from respectful staff.
St Louis has systems in place to evaluate and improve on-going service quality. We have established a range of processes to monitor our performance and to identify opportunities for improvement. We value your comments and welcome and positive or negative feedback.
Home Nursing Services (RNs and PCAs)
Qualified Registered Nurses, skilled and fully trained and Personal Care Attendants can generally be supplied for private in-home nursing or as temporary staff in care institutions. Staff can provide services such as wound care, medical transportation, supervision of medication and hospital after-care.
